On topic, Habs played a lot better but still have to get the D to stop running around like crazy when theres pressure. Need some composure back there!

Also, I thought Galchenuk scoring and kissing the CH was awesome! Him and Gallagher are going to be excellent hockey players for years!

And more importantly, what about these 3 lines Habs have who can score on any given night?!?

I guess the kid line is ok for another 2-3 games.. .then it will be another no show for 10.

The Kid line is being targetted by other team's top pairing. They'll do ok when they play teams like the Islanders that don't have a dominant shut-down guy. Any game where this is not the case, they need some help in filling out the net. Hopefully, they can figure out a way to get another line that works a bit more consistently, offensively speaking.

Pacioretty... I have to say EE, we must be watching different games. Last night he had an edge on a defender (more than once, but the one on one was really obvious) and instead of leaning-in and driving, he sat back, circled à la Plekanec and waiting for support (which wasn't coming other than the three Islanders back-checking). He is not driving the net, and this is why he's not scoring.

Speaking of Pacioretty, do you think he gets put on a line with Brière and Bourque? Or does Bournival stay there?

I hope he's not offended. I just remember it well because my gf was asking me "I thought Pacioretty was one of the players you liked?" when I kept swearing at my tv last night about him having chances to score if he wouldn't constantly be on the sidelines hoping for the lucky bounce/rebound.

Eric, sorry but Pacioretty sucks real bad this season. Haven't seen one game where he looked like he was putting up a decent effort out there.
